The Challenge:

Developer gutted the 5 story building, leaving exterior intact, with plans to create 12 apartments. Brander was faced with the challenge of creating apartment layouts that would work with the existing angled walls that cut in to many rooms.

The Solution:

In this Signature Brandermodel apartment Brander masterfully crafted regular rooms out of the irregular space he was provided with. He seamlessly weaved the curves into a smaller bedroom/study and eating area, attaining a sophisticated effect by leaving the brick exposed. By maximizing the square footage, he carved out two bedrooms with closets in each, a full bath, kitchen, dinette, and living area.
