Brander made this home shine by brilliantly highlighting all its positive aspects and maximizing the limited space. Designed to meet the needs of savvy young professionals, Brander implemented an entrance foyer, lots of closets, a laundry/storage room, one bedroom, a living room with balcony, a kitchen and full bath – while preserving plenty of open floor space for that spacious effect. Floor to ceiling windows with custom moldings open up the rooms to the sunlight and sky, and the sleek oversized bathroom makes a bold statement. Brander played up the ceilings by building around the abutting beams, creating a commercial loft-like feel not usually found in residential buildings.

This condo sold for the full market price in 2008, while the one across the street remains vacant and unsold.
